Findo Homes & Communities was founded over 15 years ago by Funmi Abiodun-Findo, Sr.,  with a promise to design and build new homes that blend ideal floor plans, quality construction and outstanding value. Today, families all across Metro Atlanta Cities are continuing to put their trust in Findo Homes & Communities and their team of talented building professionals, artisans, trade partners and sub contractors.

Funmi Abiodun-Findo, Sr. continues to be actively involved in their home building design and construction. It is not uncommon to find him out in the field overseeing construction of their new homes. This personal commitment to their customers is a big part of their earning a reputation as the leading custom home builder in metro Atlanta suburbs.

Chief Executive Officer & President

Bio: Funmi has been involved in over US$275 million in Real Estate

transaction in the past 15 years in different capacities; Banker, Mortgage Broker, Real Estate Broker, Buyer, Seller, Investor, Realtor, Loan Officer and Consultant.

Ananalytic approach to Problem Solving honed in the Chemistry Department of Ogun State University, prepared him for the hard work and diligence required to master Capital Budgeting, Business Formations, Strategies and Real Estate Investment Analysis at his MBA-Finance studies at Mercer University, Atlanta, Georgia. Funmi Abiodun-Findo is a graduate of the prestigious Branch Banking & Trust University, where he received a full scholarship in his banking and management training. Funmi is blessed with two beautiful daughters; Oppy and Fiffy, and his son; Funmi Jr and reside with his family in “The Woodlands- A Lake Community” sub-division of Fayette County, Georgia. He is a Rotarian and strives everyday to live a balanced life: God, Family, Work and Play!
